Atelier Policy
Alviée is a private aesthetic atelier for expert-led enhancements. To maintain our standards and discretion, we observe the following code.
01 / Preparation
Arrive with a clean face, no makeup or oils. Avoid caffeine prior to lash treatments to ensure a calm, steady experience.
02 / Process
Full sets typically take 90–120 minutes. This includes your clinical anatomical consultation, precision mapping, and individual application.
03 / Sensitivity
We use premium, hypoallergenic products. Please disclose any allergies, medications, or health concerns in advance for your safety.
04 / Aftercare
Personalized aftercare guidance is provided following your appointment to support retention, comfort, and refined results.
05 / Maintenance
Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to preserve structure and balance. Results vary depending on lifestyle and natural lash cycle.
06 / Longevity
With proper maintenance, lash extensions typically last 4–6 weeks. Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to preserve structure and balance.
- Private 1-on-1 environment: Appointments are for the client only (no guests).
- Silence mobile devices upon entry to maintain our sanctuary's calm.
- Aeoné is located on the 4th floor walk-up of a private building, please be mindful in common areas and respectful of neighbours.
Booking Policy
Booking Fee
All appointments require a KES 1,000 booking fee to secure your slot, applied toward your final bill. This helps us honour scheduled time and maintain a calm, organised atelier.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- • 12+ hours notice: Fee may be transferred to a new date.
- • Under 12 hours/No-show: Fee is strictly non-refundable.
Late Arrival
Arrivals 20+ minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. The booking fee will be forfeited per policy.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them appropriately.
Privacy
Client information is strictly confidential. Photography consent is requested before any portfolio use.
Every outcome is shaped by your unique anatomy. Our focus is on refined, natural enhancement rather than replication.
