Reservation Fee
A KES 1,000 reservation fee. is required to secure your private suite and dedicated artisan. This is applied toward your final session.
Late Arrival
Arrivals 20+ minutes late may require rescheduling to preserve the seclusion of subsequent guests.
Cancellation
- • 12+ hours notice: Your fee may be transferred to a future session.
- • Under 12 hours/No-show: The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable to honor the artisan’s dedicated time.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Should you have any concerns, please contact the Atelier within 48 hours so we may address them with the precision they deserve.
- Total Seclusion: The Atelier is a dedicated one-on-one sanctuary. Reserved exclusively for the guest.
- Digital Peace: We invite you to disconnect and kindly ask that devices remain silent.
- Mindful Entry: Alviée is hidden gem on a 4th-floor walk-up. We appreciate your discretion.
- Tailored Safety: Please disclose any sensitivities, medications or allergies prior to your session.

Precision takes time. Expect 1 to 2.5 hours for your bespoke mapping and masterful application.
